LA Together are delighted to announce that this year's Village Parade will take place on Bank Holiday Monday, August 30th.
The parade will start in Church House car park at 12pm and will make its way through Long Ashton to Gatcombe Farm. To get an idea of numbers, it would be good, but not essential, if you could register through the link below.
The theme this year is PARTY.

Following on from the Parade, LA Together are hosting a Party In The Park at Gatcombe Farm from 1pm until 7pm.
There will be plenty to do, including games, a circus workshop, children's rides and inflatables. There will be adult only inflatable sessions throughout the afternoon too for those that don't want to miss out on any fun! There will also be a real fire engine, thanks to the Avon Fire & Rescue Service.
Our main feature of the day will be the stage, with live music playing throughout the afternoon. We have DJ Dave from Long Ashton Village Shop & Post Office who will be hosting for you, as well as fantastic tribute bands; 'Robbie Williams', 'Frank Sinatra', 'Andy Williams' and 'Abba'. Programs will be available on the day or can be picked up from Long Ashton Village Shop & Post Office in advance to see the times of each performance.
There will be lots of stalls for you to browse and maybe pick up some lovely treats for yourself, as well as a pampering tent so bring along some money as not every stall may accept card payments.
Throughout the afternoon, there will be circus workshops. Each workshop will last 45 minutes and is suitable for children and adults alike. Programs will be available on the day or can be picked up from Long Ashton Village Shop & Post Office in advance to see the times of workshops.
Then of course, there's the refreshments.
We are delighted to announce that Gatcombe Farm will be offering their tasty burgers, hot dogs (vegetarian options too) and strawberries and cream fayre. Also, Weston Entertainments will be providing hot food plus an ice cream van, candyfloss, doughnuts and lots more.

Entry to the Party is free but please bring money for activities and refreshments.
There will be car parking available in the adjacent field for £2.
